Mick Fluker

Allison "Mick" Ira Fluker (January 6, 1926 – October 16, 1990) was a provincial level politician from Alberta, Canada. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from 1971 to 1979 sitting with the governing Progressive Conservative caucus.
==Political career==
Fluker ran for a seat to the Alberta Legislature in the 1971 Alberta general election. He defeated Social Credit incumbent Raymond Reierson and two other candidates in a hotly contested race to win the St. Paul electoral district and pickup the seat for the Progressive Conservatives who formed government in that election.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=St. Paul results 1971 )
Fluker ran for a second term in the 1975 Alberta general election. He won a modest increase in his popular vote over the 1971 general election, but was re-elected easily with the collapse of the opposition vote. He defeated three other candidates to hold his seat.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=St. Paul results 1975 )〕 Fluker retired from provincial politics at dissolution of the Assembly in 1979.
